  Tim's is honestly the best barber shop around. They're cost effective, really quick, and accommodating to most schedules.
  
  Pros:
  - Real licensed barbers with experience
  - Inexpensive
  - Easy to get an appt or walk in
  - Comfortable seats
  - Quick service and good service
  
  Cons:
  - Don't accept card
  
  For the best experience I would honestly schedule yourself with the same barber each time so that you get a consistent haircut quality built.
